4th Oncological Pulmonology Course – CHVNG/E

The 4th Oncological Pulmonology Course of the Multidisciplinary Tumor Unit of CHVNG/E will be held from September 20 to 22 at the Garden Hotel Boeira, in Vila Nova de Gaia, with the scientific support of GECP.
For this training will be maintained the model of clinical cases, which will accompany all theoretical presentations promoting the discussion and interaction between the speakers and the participants of the course. The most relevant theme of the diagnostic and therapeutic approach of CPNPC and CPPC will be reviewed, as well as the evaluation of response to various therapies, drug toxicity management, not neglecting palliative care.
Anatomo-Patology, bronchology, imaging, thoracic surgery, radiocology, cancer pneumology, medical oncology and palliativists will be present specialists, reinforcing the increasingly ultimate importance of multidisciplinarity in the management of the patient with lung cancer.
