New image GECP, but the same mission as always!
At the age of 21, the Lung Cancer Study Group (GECP) decided to update its logo. For this, 4 options were created, which were put into televoting over the 3 days of the 9th GECP Congress, so that participants could choose their favorite. The vote was close, but in the end there was a winning logo with 37% of the vote, presented during the Congressional Closing Session.
Today, we share with all our followers on social media and we put the new GECP logo on our website, which maintains the colors and visual identity of these two decades of existence.
A new image, but the same mission as always:
– Promote and dignify the practice of Pulmonary Oncology and improve the quality of health services provided to patients;
– Develop, coordinate and encourage clinical research in the field of thoracic tumors;
– Advise and support patients with thoracic cancer disease;
– Conduct and cooperate in the training of all those dedicated to the study, diagnosis and treatment of patients with lung cancer.
We hope you like our new logo and continue to follow our work to improve lung cancer patient care.
