“The future in oligometastatic disease” was the theme of the third round table, which took place on October 20, 2022, at the 10th GECP Congress / 1st Portuguese Congress of Lung Cancer. This session had the contribution of Dr. Fernanda Estevinho, oncologist and member of the Scientific Committee of the Lung Cancer Study Group (GECP), who presented the theme “The importance of medical therapy in the decision to treat locally”.
At the end, we spoke with the specialist who said that the perspectives for the future of the treatment of this specific group of patients are bright.
