The 10th GECP Congress, which opens the Portuguese Lung Cancer Congress, will take place on the 20th, 21st and 22nd of October, in Troia, in an entirely face-to-face format.
\nIn this event, under the theme \u201cLugar ao Novo\u201d, \u201cwe will address several topics related to Lung Cancer, from prevention to palliation\u201d, says Dr. Teresa Almodovar, president of the GECP Board, in the message of good welcome:<\/p>\n
“The Lung Cancer Study Group will organize the 1st Portuguese Lung Cancer Congress<\/strong> (10th GECP Congress) at the Troia congress center from 20 to 22 October 2022.<\/p>\n The success of the 2021 Congress and the accelerated evolution of knowledge in this area led us to repeat it this year. This Congress will, we hope, be entirely face-to-face.<\/p>\n We will address various topics related to Lung Cancer from prevention to palliation. This year the theme will be Lugar ao Novo. And as a novelty will be the 1st Portuguese Congress on Lung Cancer<\/strong>. Also in the chosen themes and in the guest speakers we will give way to the new.<\/p>\n It will last three full days, a space dedicated to research in the area of \u200b\u200bthoracic oncology and a parallel space dedicated to oncology nursing. We will be able to attend round tables, special sessions, discussion of scientific works and symposia.
