The user has the right to receive, promptly or within a period of time considered clinically acceptable, the health care he needs. The user has the right to provide the most appropriate and technically correct health care.<\/p>\n

Health care must be provided humanely and with respect for the user.
In face-to-face assistance without prior appointment, and in a clinical picture of identical severity and complexity, priority should be given to users with disabilities equal to or greater than 60%<\/p> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

The user has the right to religious assistance, regardless of the religion he professes. The churches or religious communities, legally recognized, are ensured conditions that allow the free exercise of spiritual and religious care to hospitalized clients in Portuguese National Health Service facilities on request, in accordance with Law.<\/p> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n
